The Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs held the 3rd Annual Flea Market on Saturday, March 19th
. The Flea Market was held at the parking lot of the Mizell Senior Center, located at 480 South Sunrise Way, at the corner of Ramon Road and Sunrise Way in Palm Springs.
The Flea Market Volunteers, led by Heather Wallis, were responsible for raising over $1,300 by selling hundreds of donated items , including clothing, housewares, books, art, and more. This was a record setting year, eclipsing previous year's sale by over $100.
“This is always a great fundraiser for the club, and it is great to meet the
community to inform everyone about the good work of the Kiwanis Club,” stated Virginia Eberhard, club President. "All of the funds raised will benefit our programs for the community."
