The Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs is a group of men and women who make a
serious impact on the Palm Springs community. Some members are leaders of local business, others retired. All of them carry a concern for our community.
Their impact can be seen with programs that support young children's literacy, such as Reading is Fundamental where a group of Kiwanians read to pre-school children at a local school. Older youth feel the Kiwanis touch through Key Clubs in their local high schools. Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and La
Quinta High School Key Clubs provide countless hours of service to the community through group projects, as well as developing the leadership skills needed to succeed in college.
The Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs also supports a number of Community Service Agencies. Among these are F.I.N.D. Food Bank, Mizell Senior Center, Palm Springs Police Department, The Boys and Girls Club of Palm Springs, and many others.
